Training

Whilst providing advocacy is at the heart of everything we do, we also believe it is important to pass on our learning and understanding to others. Visit our training page to find out what we offer and how we can tailor our courses for your specific needs.

DA Online - the Casework Database

Dorset Advocacy has recently commissioned a new casework database from Blue Door software, and we are delighted with the results!  We have tailored Blue Door’s Caseworker Connect framework to our organisational needs, and now have a database capable of recording activity on projects as diverse as citizen advocacy, paid advocacy, the Appropriate Adult Service, the Memory Network (lifestories of people who have dementia) and Help with NHS Complaints.  Importantly, the database has allowed us to create a new system for recording and reporting advocacy outcomes.

We would like to thank Chris and his colleagues at Blue Door for the work they have done; working with them has been an extremely positive experience.

DA Online is a cloud-hosted database that vastly increases our ability to record and report our activity.

To find out more about DA Online, and how our model could help your organisation, please contact Development Manager Michael Pochin on 01305 256893
